Mrs. Davena Williams

I am so honored and blessed to be a part of the Christ the Teacher Catholic School community.  I have spent most of my life in Catholic education and feel very strongly about its importance.  I grew up in the Diocese of Wilmington, attending Corpus Christi School and Padua Academy. I am so thankful that my parents sacrificed to allow me these educational experiences. 

I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Cabrini University.  With this degree, I worked for a year in the counseling field.  It was within this job I felt called to pursue a degree in Education.  I earned a Master's Degree in Elementary Education and began teaching at Corpus Christi and All Saints Catholic Schools for a total of 6 years.  After spending about two years working outside of the diocese, I felt a strong calling to return to Catholic education. 

I believe an education from the Diocese of Wilmington cannot compare to any other.  I am proud to say that my son attends Christ the Teacher Pre-K, and cannot wait to see him grow through his education at CTTCS.
