Hello and welcome to Christ the Teacher Catholic School. My name is Colleen Naccarato and I am honored to be the Advancement Director for the school. I have been a part of the CTTCS community since 2004 and hope to continue supporting the school’s mission for years to come.
I attended St. Peter the Apostle School (New Castle) and St. Mark’s High School (Wilmington) before heading to Buckhannon, West Virginia for college. I graduated from West Virginia Wesleyan College and became a Corporate Trainer for a large bank before redirecting my career to on one that would enable me to work with students.
For several years I worked as an Employment Specialist with the Delaware Department of Labor -Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. Much of my time there was with the School to Work program, helping students with disabilities obtain and maintain employment opportunities. I returned to school myself to obtain my teaching credentials and I started my career at CTTCS. I am a firm believer in life-long education and earned a Master's of Arts in Teaching degree through Morningside College in 2018.
I have been blessed with an incredible family including my husband, Joe, and our two sons, Liam and Vinny. I enjoy attending our sons’ academic and athletic activities, reading, visiting with family and friends, volunteering with the March of Dimes and a local neighborhood school, and travelling to new places.
